About the Training

We are a warm and small yoga school in the heart of Rishikesh India. Tradition and cozyness are the things that we value the most. To achieve this we keep our school small by only sharing with one small group of students (less than 15) and by selecting teachers with a solid ancient himalayan tradition. If you are looking for a family-like school that shares ancient teachings and are running away from the big and industrialized schools, Hari Om Yoga Vidya School is the place for your yoga teacher training. Our 100h YTT is a multi-style yoga teacher training course that follows Yoga Alliance methodology. Our Yoga school offers both: Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga along with Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Anatomy and Physiology. The course is completed within 2 weeks of intense practice. Our retreats are all inclusive so you can concentrate in your practice. After the course you will have a certification from our school to prove your discipline and enthusiasm. Note: 100h YTT is either the first half of the 200h YTT for foundational knowledge or the second half for more advanced students. It is possible to attain a 200h YTT after completing both 100h YTT in different times. Foundational goes from the 2nd – 15th and advanced from the 16th – 29th of every month. You are most welcome to join in our course and have a life-changing experience. We will honor your presence.
