The 300-hours yoga teacher training course provided by the institute includes everything that one needs to learn for becoming a professional yoga teacher. The 300 hour yoga teacher training includes -Vinyasa Flow. The word Vinyasa comes from the Sanskrit language and its meaning is a connection. Vinyasa has three asanas that are practiced for the purpose of giving salutations to the sun. This form of yoga is also known as Ashtanga Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga, it is done by synchronizing breath with the movement of the body. There are three to four yoga poses that are connected to Vinyasa. There is all kind of poses that are there in Vinyasa yoga including twisting, backbend, forward bend, inversion, and core strength. Vinyasa Yoga helps in increasing: The activeness of the mind. Strength. Stamina. Flexibility. Removal of blockages in the body. The yoga teaching techniques cover principles such as asana, pranayama, shatkarma, bandhas, mudras, meditation techniques, and mantra and chanting

The objective and aim of this module are to learn the art of teaching as well as the business and marketing aspects of yoga

This is done by cultivating good quality teachings like timing, class planning, the intonation of voice, asana sequence, and the art of adjustment

As a trainee, you will be required to work in groups and others on teaching practicums

A quiet branch line connects Rishikesh to Haridwar, but there are only about three slow trains daily

It is better to take the train to Haridwar and continue by bus from there which will take 45 minutes and costs 30 INR, by taxi it will take 30 minutes and costs 800 INR or by auto-rickshaw taking 40 minutes and 500 INR

However, traveling by train is recommended in peak seasons or during a ‘mela’ (fair) when bus routes are diverted in Haridwar whereas trains often run empty and the fares are low at just 4 INR for a passenger train service

You can take share rickshaws (vehicle brand name Vikram) towards Lakshman Jhula for 15 INR from Rishikesh station

In Rishikesh, there are several travel agencies scattered around Swarg Ashram and Lakshman Jhula that can book luxury buses to common destinations like Delhi, Jaipur, Pushkar, and Varanasi
